Notice on Holding the 2025 Swimming Pool Water Quality Management Training Course



To all relevant units:

With approval from the Swimming Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, this initiative aims to safeguard swimmers' health, enhance management practices at swimming facilities, and effectively address current challenges and bottlenecks in domestic swimming pool water treatment. The program will focus on training a qualified group of pool water management professionals. Our association will host the Swimming Pool Water Quality Management Training Workshop (Shenzhen Session) from April 25 to 27, 2025, in Shenzhen. Details regarding the event are outlined below:

● Training Time:April 25 to April 27, 2025

● Training Location: Shenzhen Bagualing Green Orient Hotel (5th Floor Conference Hall, Shenzhen Bagualing Green Orient Hotel, Futian District, Shenzhen)

2. Public Transportation Guide

● Bus Stop: Sun Gang Road Yuan Ling Skybridge Station ②, accessible by routes 11, 111, 222, 222 Express (via major stops), and M207.

● Subway: Take Exit B at Sports Center Station (Line 6) and walk 620 meters; or take Exit A at Yuanling Station (Line 9) and walk 590 meters.






3. Instructors and Training Participants


● Hiring certified trainers from the Chinese Swimming Association who are qualified as "Swimming Pool Water Quality Managers" to conduct the training;

● Training specific operational staff with hands-on experience in managing swimming pool facilities;

This training session is limited to 100 participants, and registration will close once the quota is reached.




4. Training Content


● Study the relevant legal documents outlining the national standards for swimming pool operations and water quality.

● Study the training materials developed by the Chinese Swimming Association.

● Studied relevant content from the People's Republic of China National Standard (GB19079.1-2013) "Open Conditions and Technical Guidelines for Sports Venues — Part 1: Swimming Facilities," as well as the People's Republic of China National Standard GB37489.3-2019 "Hygiene Code for Public Place Design — Part 3: Artificial Swimming Facilities," among other standards.




5. Fee Structure


● Swimming Pool Facility Water Quality ManagerTraining fee: 1,300 yuanDuring the training periodParticipants are responsible for their own travel expenses, as well as food and accommodation.
