Zero points reappear in diving at the National Games.

On November 7, during the preliminary round of the women's synchronized 3-meter springboard event at the 15th National Games in 2025, athletes Deng Tiantian and Liang Ziqi from Hubei made a mistake on their fourth dive—specifically, one of the competitors failed to complete the routine entirely, resulting in a failed attempt and earning them a score of 0 points.

This is the second time a score of 0 has appeared in the diving events at this year's National Games—previously, a 0-point score was recorded during the men’s team 3-meter springboard competition.
