To all relevant units:

Approved by the Swimming Sports Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of ChinaTo uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping’s philosophy of prioritizing both the people and life in safety development, we will further strengthen comprehensive and in-depth safety oversight of public swimming activities. This effort aims to firmly safeguard the lives, health, and well-being of swimmers, promote the safe and sustainable growth of the swimming industry, and address the critical shortage of water-quality management technicians in our city, as well as the practical challenges and difficulties encountered during their daily operations.

After research,A swimming pool water quality management training course will be held in May 2025.Hereby, we would like to inform you of the following matters:

I. Training Date and Location

2025Check-in from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on May 16；

2025Training from May 17 to 18；

2025Depart after the closing ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on May 19.

III. Teaching Staff and Training Participants

Teaching Faculty

Hiring a certified trainer from the Chinese Swimming Association to deliver the "Swimming Pool Water Quality Manager" certification course.；

Training participants

Training experienced operators who have practical experience in managing swimming pool water quality;

Training Scale

This training session is limited to 100 participants.



4. Training Content


1



Studying the relevant legal documents regarding national swimming pool opening standards and water quality standards;

Study the training manual developed by the Chinese Swimming Association;

Study relevant content from the People's Republic of China National Standard (GB19091-2013) "Open Conditions and Technical Requirements for Sports Venues—Part 1: Swimming Facilities," as well as the People's Republic of China National Standard (GB37489.3-2019) "Hygiene Design Code for Public Places—Part 3: Artificial Swimming Facilities," among other standards.


5. Training Certificate

Participants attending the training courseAfter passing the examination，You will receive a Swimming Pool Water Quality Manager Training Certificate issued by the Chinese Swimming Association.


6. Fee Structure

Training fees1,300 yuan per person(Includes training fees, material costs, venue fees, and insurance charges.)

All member units registered with the Venue Committee of the Chinese Swimming Association are invited to nominate participants for the training program.(Only one registration allowed, subject to the official seal.)A training fee of 650 yuan will be collected.

Training sessions include unified arrangements for accommodation and meals, with expenses at your own cost, according to the following standards:400 RMB per person per day(Includes breakfast and lunch; an additional fee of 100 RMB per day applies for a private room, if desired.)

Each participant is responsible for their own transportation and travel expenses.

(1) One original copy of the application form (Appendix 1);

(2) One photocopy of your ID card;

(3) Two 2-inch passport-style photos without headwear (please include your name on the back of each photo).

Traffic Advice and Navigation

To reach the destination, take the subway Line 4 from the airport or train station to Huangcun Xidajie Station (Exit C). From there, walk 290 meters to Daxing District Hospital Station, then board bus route Xing46 (or alternatively Xing22, Xing35, Xing57, Xing55, or Xing17) and ride for 3 stops until you arrive at Daxing Hotel Station.
