For instance, following the turbulence, Lin Dan completely turned his life around. Not only did he take on the role of Chief Brand Officer at Xie Xingfang’s maternal and infant care company, but he also entrusted her with both the big and small decisions of his own business. As a result, Lin Dan has seamlessly become someone who works directly under Xie Xingfang’s leadership—effectively becoming her dedicated employee.

Recently, after forming a strategic partnership in Bao'an District and establishing the Lin Dan Specialized Badminton School, Lin Dan has swiftly moved on to launch his next major initiative—one that has also led to Xie Xingfang being offered a new role.

What’s Lin Dan up to now? As everyone knows, since retiring, Lin Dan has been tirelessly working to promote badminton—and opening his own badminton academy has become one of the most important ways for him to put his strategic goals into action.

Recently, following preliminary preparations by Lin Dan and Xie Xingfang, Lin Dan’s first badminton academy in Zhejiang—Luo Cheng—has officially opened. According to media reports, the academy is located on the 7th floor of Yintai City West in Hangzhou. Lin Dan’s Hangzhou club is dedicated to providing professional badminton facilities and training programs, offering a platform for young enthusiasts to refine their skills and take their game to the next level.

At the arena's opening ceremony that day, Lin Dan himself made a special appearance at the event. During the occasion, he shared personal insights from his athletic journey—highlighting both the triumphs and the challenges he faced along the way—with the first group of trainees. Later, Lin Dan stepped onto the court himself to engage in friendly matches with the young players, and his presence instantly elevated the energy and excitement of the entire audience to its peak.

Based in Zhejiang, the Lin Dan Badminton Club has been established. Lin Dan’s strategic move not only strengthens his presence in the region but also sees Xie Xingfang—previously responsible for Lin Dan’s sports development and operations—now taking on an additional role as the head of the Hangzhou Lin Dan Club. Surprisingly, Xie Xingfang isn’t just holding a symbolic title; as the club’s leader, she’s been deeply involved in both the initial planning and preparation stages spearheaded by Lin Dan, while later handling nearly all aspects of day-to-day operations. In fact, we often spot Xie Xingfang tirelessly working behind the scenes at Lin Dan’s side. Clearly, this dynamic partnership between the couple is growing stronger with each passing day.

We’ll also add another position for a leader from the Zhejiang Lin Dan Club. As Lin Dan continues to expand his influence, we believe Xie Xingfang will likely take on multiple new roles as well.
