Event Dates: December 18–20, 2015

1. The train departs promptly at 7:00 PM from Exit A of the Agricultural Exhibition Center Station on Metro Line 10.

2. Departure is on time at 7:30 PM from Exit A1 (northwest entrance) of Gulou Dajie Station on Subway Line 2.

3. Longxiang Gas Station in Changping District, departure at the exact time of 8:30 PM.

Please make sure everyone arranges their time in advance and arrives at their designated pick-up points to wait for the bus.

➤ Event Schedule:

1. Gather on Friday, December 18 (evening), arrive in Chongli around 11:30 PM, and check in to the hotel.

2. On Saturday, December 19, gather in the hotel lobby after breakfast to board the bus bound for Dolomiti Ski Resort. The tour leader will handle the ski pass arrangements for everyone. For lunch, you’re free to enjoy meals at the resort—or bring along instant noodles, as hot water is available on-site. At 4:30 PM, we’ll meet up for a group photo session, and by 5:30 PM, head back to the hotel to rest, freshen up, and get ready for dinner. Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM, with costs split equally among participants (or you’re welcome to arrange your own meal).

3. On Sunday, December 20th, meet in the hotel lobby after breakfast. Please pack your luggage in advance and load it onto the bus. We’ll then head to the ski resort—lunch is on your own. At 3:00 PM, gather together to hand your ski passes to the tour leader, who will collect and return them on behalf of everyone. By 3:30 PM, we’ll arrive back in town, where you can pick up some snacks for the journey home, marking the end of your enjoyable skiing trip.
