Notice Regarding Matters Related to the 4th National Swimming City Series (Zhengzhou Station) in 2025

To the relevant units:

To fully implement the General Administration of Sport's guiding principles on strengthening nationwide fitness initiatives and further promoting the popularization of swimming as well as the high-quality development of swimming-related fitness activities, the 4th National Swimming City Series (Zhengzhou Station) for 2025 will be held in Zhengzhou. Organized under the guidance of the Mass Sports Department of the General Administration of Sport of China, and hosted by the Swimming Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Swimming Association, the event will be co-organized by the Zhengzhou Municipal Sports Bureau and the Henan Provincial Swimming Association, with logistical support provided by Henan Zhengdi Olympic Sports Center Management Co., Ltd. Details regarding the event are hereby announced as follows:

I. Time and Location

September 27–28, Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center Swimming Pool (Address: Boti Road, West Fourth Ring Road, Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province)

2. Registration

This competition will feature a Youth Division and an Adult Division. The Youth Division matches will take place on September 27, while the Adult Division matches are scheduled for September 28. When registering, each participating team should complete the online registration separately, according to their respective division.

Individual registrations are not accepted for this competition. Each team must designate a specific person to handle the registration process collectively. Teams should register online, and after successful registration, they must submit the completed registration form via email to the’ designated inbox (as outlined in the competition rules).

Please log in to the website www.yue716.com when registering your team, and select the entry corresponding to this competition (note: the entry for the Youth Group differs from that of the Adult Group). Then, click "Register Now" to complete the registration process. (Teams using this system for the first time are advised to first log in to the WeChat mini-program "Shuima Sports" and register using their mobile phone number.) Alternatively, you can directly choose the competition-specific entry within the "Shuima Sports" WeChat mini-program to sign up. For detailed registration steps, please refer to the website. Teams are encouraged to complete their online registration by September 12.

In this competition, the youth category is limited to 900 participating athletes, while the adult category is capped at 700. Registration will close once these quotas are reached.

(2) Participating athletes must submit a "Voluntary Participation Liability Agreement" signed by themselves or their guardian, and pay the registration fee to be eligible for entry.

(III) Physical Health Requirements for Athletes

Swimming competitions are a physically demanding sport that places high demands on participants' fitness levels. Participants should be in good health, and athletes can choose to register based on their own physical condition and individual abilities.

The organizing committee advises participating athletes to undergo a health check-up at the appropriate medical facility. Athletes with any of the following conditions or diseases will not be permitted to compete:

1• Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2, hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

3, myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4• Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

5Diabetes with either high or low blood sugar levels;

6– Those not suitable for this sport.

(4) Practice good health precautions

1All participants are personally responsible for their own health—please continue to wear masks as needed and correctly, wash your hands frequently, and maintain a safe distance from others.

2Participants and guardians should closely monitor the physical health of competing athletes, and if any discomfort or symptoms arise, athletes should immediately stop competing.

(5) In the event of personal injury or property damage caused by individual health conditions or other personal reasons during the competition, the participant shall bear full responsibility.

(6) Young athletes participating should ensure they have a solid foundation of long-term swimming training and practice, and must be able to complete the event continuously without interruption.600Swim the designated distance and ensure you have the physical fitness and swimming ability—specifically in terms of endurance and stroke technique—to successfully complete the events you’re competing in.

(7) Currently active, professionally registered athletes are not permitted to compete.

(8) Participants must register within their designated age group and are not permitted to bypass the group.

(9) Participating athletes must strictly adhere to all competition and safety regulations for this event.,Submit the documents required by the event as truthfully as possible.;Underage18Minors aged [age] must be accompanied by a guardian or the team leader/coach during competition (the team leader and coach must have authorization from the athlete’s guardian). Both the athlete and their guardian are required to sign a health examination certificate, which must include a recent medical check-up report from a healthcare facility accredited at Level 2 or above, conducted within the past three months.

(10) To set a positive example for young athletes, anyone with tattoos is required to cover them up before the competition (using concealer foundation or similar products). Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Six, Competition Rules

(1) The competition will follow the latest swimming competition rules approved by the Chinese Swimming Association.

(III) There is no limit to the number of participants each team can register.,Each person is limited to registering for one event.2Item(Except for the relay events)

(5) Athletes must present their original ID cards to the registration officials upon entering the competition; otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate.

(6) Anyone who assumes another's identity or commits fraud,All competition results of the individual, as well as the team's overall ranking, have been canceled.

(7) The organizing committee reserves the right to conduct bone age testing on participating athletes, with the cost of testing to be borne by the athletes themselves.

Seven, Reward Measures

(1) Top performers in individual events and relays for each age group8Names will be recorded, and competition certificates—uniformly produced by the Swimming Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China—will be awarded. Medals will be presented to the top three finishers.

(II) All participants will receive a participation certificate uniformly produced by the General Administration Center for Swimming Sports.

The report should include: the athlete's photo, ECG results, blood pressure data, and must be stamped with the official seal of the medical institution.

(4) Participating athletes must submit a "Voluntary Participation Liability Form" signed by themselves or their guardian, and pay the registration fee to be eligible for entry.

(5) Athletes' Physical Health Requirements

Swimming competitions are a physically demanding sport that place high demands on participants' fitness levels. Participants should be in good health and have a solid foundation of regular swimming practice or training. Individuals can choose to register based on their own physical condition and actual abilities. The organizing committee strongly recommends that participants undergo a pre-competition health check at a qualified medical facility.

Individuals with the following conditions should not participate in the competition:

1• Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2, hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

3, myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4• Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

5Diabetes with either high or low blood sugar levels;

6– Those not suitable for this sport.

(6) Practice good health precautions

1All participants are personally responsible for their own health—please continue to wear masks as needed and correctly, wash your hands frequently, and maintain a safe distance from others.

260Athletes in the age group and above should closely monitor their physical health; if any discomfort or symptoms arise, they should immediately stop competing.

3, Participants drinkYou cannot participate in the competition after consuming alcohol. All participating athletes will undergo an alcohol test; those who fail to meet the standard will be barred from competing, and their entry fees will not be refunded.

(7) In the event of personal injury or property damage caused by individual health conditions or other personal reasons during the competition, the participant shall bear full responsibility.

(8) Currently active, professionally registered athletes are not permitted to compete.

(9) Participants must register within their designated age group and are not permitted to skip a group.

(10) To set a positive example for young athletes, anyone with tattoos is required to cover them up before the competition (using concealer foundation or similar products). Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

6. Competition Rules

(1) The competition will follow the relevant competition rules issued by the Swimming Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China.

(II) All competition events will feature a single final round, with rankings determined solely by performance. In cases of tied scores, the tied athletes will share the same ranking, and the next position will be skipped altogether.

(III) The competition order will be arranged according to the following sequence: women first, then men; older athletes first, followed by younger ones; and finally based on the number of registered participants.

(4) Athletes must present their original identification cards to the registration officials upon entering the competition; those without valid identification will not be allowed to compete.

(5) Hong Kong, MacauWhen competing, athletes from the region must present either the event’s “Participation Card” or their valid identification documents to the registration officials. Athletes without proper documentation will not be allowed to participate.

(6) Anyone found to have impersonated another competitor or submitted false information will have all their individual competition results canceled, as well as the men's or women's team total score achieved by their respective team.

7. Reward Mechanism

(1) Top performers in individual events and relays for each age group8Names will be recorded, and competition certificates—uniformly produced by the Swimming Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China—will be awarded. Medals will be presented to the top three finishers.

(II) All participants will receive a participation certificate uniformly produced by the General Administration Center for Swimming Sports.
