Swimming Document [2025] No. 134
To the relevant units:
The 2025 National Youth Swimming U-Series Competition will consist of 10 regional qualifying events and 1 final championship. The first four qualifying events in the first half of the year have already concluded successfully. Below is the schedule for the remaining events in the second half, along with registration details. Information about the final championship will be announced separately.
I. Competition Time and Location
II. Registration and Check-in
(1) This competition will be conducted via online registration. Each participating team is required to log in to https://swim.yue716.com to register and submit their entries. The registration process consists of two steps: "Pre-registration" and "Official Registration." For "Pre-registration," simply log into the system, enter the athlete’s information and event details, ensure all fields are complete, and then click "Submit Pre-registration." Please note that the order in which pre-registrations are submitted does not affect the final official registration results. For "Official Registration," log back into the system and directly click "Submit Official Registration." The system will automatically arrange athletes in a queue based on the time their official registrations are submitted.
Registration for the second-half events will take place in two time periods:
Zhaoqing Station, Ningbo Station-- Pre-registration period: June 13, 2025, 9:00 AM – June 16, 2025, 5:00 PM; Official registration period: June 17, 2025, 9:00 AM – June 18, 2025, 5:00 PM.
Yangzhou Station, Ningde Station, Jingdezhen Station, Chengdu Station-- Pre-registration period: July 17, 2025, 9:00 AM – July 20, 2025, 5:00 PM; Official registration period: July 21, 2025, 9:00 AM – July 22, 2025, 5:00 PM.
After the official registration submission, please complete and submit the information for team leaders, coaches, and other staff members in the system by 5:00 PM on June 19 for the Zhaoqing and Ningbo stations, and by 5:00 PM on July 23 for the Yangzhou, Ningde, Jingdezhen, and Chengdu stations. Submissions after the deadline will be considered as a withdrawal. If you encounter any technical issues during the registration process, please contact our technical support hotline at 0531-81602556, 15634110730, or 18754100681 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–11:30 AM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM).
(II) The total number of athletes allowed to participate in each leg of the competition is capped at 1,000, determined by the order in which registrations are successfully completed. Once this quota is reached, the registration system will automatically close and no further entries will be accepted. Registered athletes may update their information within the specified registration period; however, no changes will be permitted after the deadline.
(III) Athletes who have successfully registered but are unable to participate must log into the online registration system before the registration deadline (17:00 on June 19 for the Zhaoqing and Ningbo events, and 17:00 on July 23 for the Yangzhou, Ningde, Jingdezhen, and Chengdu events) to cancel their registration by simply deleting their entry information. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from both the current year’s and the following year’s national youth swimming U-series competitions organized by our center—unless due to injury or other exceptional circumstances, in which case a valid written proof must be submitted via email to [email protected].
(4) After the registration deadline, if any athletes withdraw their registration, the organizing committee will tally the number of cancellations. Based on the submission times during the "first-come, first-served" registration process, eligible athletes who were previously unsuccessful in signing up will be admitted in order, with their registration automatically confirmed as successful. (However, if an athlete chooses to waive their right to be considered for a spot, they must log onto the official website and formally decline their place by 5:00 PM on June 19 (for the Zhaoqing and Ningbo events) or by 5:00 PM on July 23 (for the Yangzhou, Ningde, Jingdezhen, and Chengdu events). Failure to do so will result in automatic processing according to Section 6(3) above, and no further athletes in the waiting list will be offered a spot.) If no athletes withdraw their registrations, no additional admissions will take place.
(5) All participating teams that have successfully registered must print out the registration form after online registration closes, affix the official seal of their organization, and mail the original form to the competition venue no later than 7 days before the event begins.
