Today, I’m sharing a video on ski-specific auxiliary training. Even when it’s not ski season, we can keep our muscles engaged and sharp through various forms of exercise—like cycling, running, longboarding, and more. In today’s video, you’ll find both indoor exercises using specialized equipment, as well as bodyweight moves you can easily do at home. Personally, I think these are great ideas worth trying out—and they even make for effective fat-burning workouts!
