The 2015–2016 ski season is finally here! Snow enthusiasts who’ve been patiently waiting can finally satisfy their white-snow cravings. Registration is now open for the first-ever ski event, jointly organized by the Bowtie Ski Club and SkiNet. And here’s something special: this time, it’s your turn to hit the slopes—while we cover the cost! So clear your schedule this week—SkiNet is ready to take you straight to Dolomite for an unforgettable day on the snow.

I. The event schedule is as follows:

1. On Friday, November 13, depart at 7:00 PM from Exit A of the Agricultural Exhibition Center Station on Metro Line 10, then head to Exit A1 (northwest corner) of Gulou Dajie Station on Metro Line 2. The train to Chongli departs at 7:30 PM and arrives around 11:30 PM.

2. On Saturday, November 14, meet in the hotel lobby after breakfast to board the bus bound for Dolomite Ski Resort. Lunch is on your own, and after returning to the hotel, we’ll head together to a nearby restaurant for dinner—expenses will be split equally among everyone (or you’re welcome to opt out).

3. On Sunday, November 15, gather in the hotel lobby after breakfast to board the bus bound for Dolomite Ski Resort. Enjoy a full morning of thrilling skiing, with lunch on your own. We’ll meet again promptly at 4:30 p.m., pose for a group photo, and then depart for Beijing, bringing our delightful and memorable first ski outing of the season to a close.

II. Expense Breakdown

1. With a season pass/person: Round-trip transportation + 2 nights' accommodation = 300 yuan/person

2. No season pass required—bring your own gear/person: 2-day ski pass + round-trip transportation + 2 nights of accommodation = 500 RMB per person (final price subject to the ski resort’s rates on the day).

3. No season pass required—board rental per person: 2-day ski ticket + round-trip transportation + 2 nights' accommodation + 2 days of snowboard/ski boot and pole rental = 150 yuan per person = 650 yuan per person

4. Insurance/Person: Accident insurance with coverage of 200,000 yuan = 10 yuan per person (to be purchased collectively at the ski resort; not included in the tour fee)

Regarding the deposit:

All registrants are required to pay a deposit of 200 RMB per person (room fee). Payment method for the deposit: Alipay, recipient: [email protected], beneficiary: Butterfly (*Ying)

Hotel Address: For this event, accommodation will be at Grandma's Inn and Tianyu Hotel in Chongli County town. (Please note that hotel availability in Chongli is limited—your understanding is appreciated.)

IV. Important Notes:

1. You must bring your ID card (required; otherwise, you won’t be able to check into the hotel).

2. Please bring your own hat, gloves, helmet, and more—though the ski resort also offers rental services.

3. All team members participating in the event must purchase accident insurance.

V. Meeting Point: Friday, November 13:

1. Metro Line 10, Exit A of the Agricultural Exhibition Center Station—departure is promptly at 7:00 PM sharp. Latecomers will not be waited for; your understanding is appreciated.

2. Departure is promptly at 7:30 PM from Exit A1 (northwest side) of Gulou Dajie Station on Subway Line 2.

3. Don't wait for anyone at the Changping urban area exit of the Badaling Expressway by 8:20 PM.
