Notice on Hosting the 2025 National Swimming Pool Facility Water Quality Management Training Course


To all relevant units:

To uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping’s philosophy of prioritizing people and placing life first in safety development, we will further strengthen comprehensive and in-depth safety oversight of public swimming activities. This initiative aims to effectively safeguard the lives and health of swimmers, promote the safe and sustainable growth of the swimming industry, and address the pressing challenges of a shortage in pool water-quality management technicians, as well as the practical issues and difficulties encountered during their daily operations. With approval from the Chinese Swimming Association, it has been decided to host the National Swimming Pool Water Quality Management Training Workshop (Ma'anshan Station) in April 2025, in Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. Details regarding this event are outlined below:

1. Date and Location


  Training Date: Report on April 17, 2025; training from April 18 to 20; depart by 2:00 PM on April 20.

  Training Location: Ma'anshan Huanghua Inn Hotel (Building 7, Hengjiang Street, No. 2333 Jiuhua West Road).

2.Organizational Structure

3.Training teachers and trainees

(1) Hiring certified trainers from the Chinese Swimming Association who hold the "Swimming Pool Water Quality Manager" certification to conduct the training;
(II) Train specific operators with practical experience in managing swimming pool water quality;
(III) The training session is limited to 100 participants.

Four, Training Content

(1) Study the relevant legal documents regarding the national standards for swimming pool operations and water quality.
(II) Study the training handouts prepared by the Chinese Swimming Association.
(III) Study relevant content from the national standards of the People’s Republic of China, including GB 19091-2013 "Open Conditions and Technical Requirements for Sports Venues—Part 1: Swimming Facilities," as well as GB 37489.3-2019 "Hygiene Design Specifications for Public Places—Part 3: Artificial Swimming Facilities," among others.

Six, Fee Structure

(1) The training fee is 1,300 yuan per person (including training costs, material fees, and venue charges).
(2) Accommodation and meals cost 400 yuan per day (calculated for three days; an additional 150 yuan per day will be charged for a single room; if you require accommodation on the evening of the 20th, please pay for four days).
(III)All member organizations registered with the Chinese Swimming Association's Venue Committee are eligible to send one trainee to participate in the training (limited to a single applicant, as confirmed by the official seal). The training fee is 650.Yuan.
(IV) All participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.

(III) Required Documents for Registration
When registering, please submit one original registration form, one photocopy of your ID card, and two 2-inch passport-style photos without headwear.
(4) Transportation Routes
1. From Ma'anshan High-Speed Railway East Station and the bus station, you can take Bus No. 4 directly to your destination.

2. You can also reach the area by taking bus routes 26, 117, or 118 within the city.
