To the relevant units:
The 2025 National Youth Swimming U-Series Finals are scheduled to be held in October. Details are as follows:
I. Competition Time and Location

II. Eligibility to Participate
Only athletes who achieve the respective qualifying performance standards (refer to Annexes 1 and 2) at the 2025 National Youth Swimming U-Series Qualifying Events, the 2025 National Sports Traditional Schools League, the 2025 National Sports School U-Series Swimming Championships, or the 2025 National Middle School Swimming Championships will be eligible to register for the 2025 National Youth Swimming U-Series Finals.
3. Registration and Check-in
(1) This competition will be conducted entirely through online registration. Each participating team is invited to visit https://swim.yue716.com to register and submit their entries. First, an "early registration" phase will take place online from September 22 to 24, 2025. During this period, please log into the registration system, carefully complete all athlete and event details as required, and click "Submit Early Registration." Please note that the order in which you submit your early registration does not affect your eligibility for the official registration. The official registration phase will begin at 9:00 AM on September 25, 2025, and will close at 5:00 PM on September 26. To officially register, simply log back into the system and click "Submit Official Registration." The system will process registrations based on the time of submission—this "queue-based registration" applies exclusively to athletes. Teams whose athletes have successfully registered officially must complete and submit their staff registration forms by 5:00 PM on September 27, as per the competition guidelines. Please be aware that once the maximum number of athletes has been reached, the registration system will automatically close, and no further entries will be accepted. For any technical issues during the registration process, please contact our technical support team during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM) by calling: - 0531-81602556 - 15634110730 - 18754100681
(II) Athletes who have successfully registered may modify their registration information within the specified registration period; no further changes will be accepted after the deadline.
(III) Athletes who have successfully registered but are unable to participate must log into the online registration system before the registration deadline (5:00 PM on September 26) to cancel their registration by simply deleting their registration information. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from both this year’s and next year’s national youth swimming U-series competitions organized by our center. (Note: Exceptions may be made for injuries or other special circumstances, provided that valid written proof is submitted via email to [email protected].)
(4) All participating organizations that have successfully registered must print out their registration forms after the online registration period ends, affix the official seal of their organization, and mail the original forms to the competition venue no later than 7 days before the event begins. The mailing address is: Aoti AT Center Swimming Pool, No. 2657 Bo'ao Road, Yingfeng Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. For inquiries, please contact Ma Yibing at 15686945598 or Guo Jingyang at 15358596058.
(5) All participating teams are requested to arrive at the competition venue for registration by 2:00 PM on October 16. A technical meeting will be held at 6:00 PM that same day. For registration details, please refer to the "Supplementary Notice" (to be announced separately). To access the "Supplementary Notice," log in to the online registration system.
IV. Other
(1) Matters related to the final round will be governed by the "Regulations for the 2025 National Youth Swimming U-Series Competitions."
(II) The final competition will include doping tests. All participating athletes are advised to prioritize food safety before the event—avoid consuming meat and poultry products of unknown origin, and refrain from taking medications or supplements indiscriminately to minimize doping risks. Should any athlete be found in violation of anti-doping regulations, they will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with relevant anti-doping rules and guidelines.
(III) A ceremony will be held during the finals.
(IV) The finals can qualify athletes for Level 1 and Sports Master rankings. Relevant requirements will be implemented according to the "Athlete Technical Grade Standards," the "Athlete Technical Grade Management Measures," and the "Implementation Details for the Management of Athlete Technical Grades in Swimming."
