Anyone who registers is deemed to have full civil capacity. Participants must be at least 18 years old, in good physical health, and free from any underlying medical conditions—or they must disclose any pre-existing health issues truthfully. Anyone signing up on behalf of another person will not hold the leader liable for any compensation if the person they represented suffers personal injury during the activity.
