Registration for Dolomiti's First Ski Event (13th–15th)

Event Introduction:
The 2015–2016 ski season has finally arrived, and snow enthusiasts who’ve been patiently waiting are now bursting with excitement for that all-white thrill. Registration is now open for the inaugural ski event, jointly organized by the Bowtie Ski Club and SkiNet!
On the bus, we enjoyed a variety of games and a lucky draw, with prizes including a free ride opportunity for this ski event!

Event Schedule:
On the evening of November 13, departing from Beijing's Ciqikou Metropolis at 7:30 PM, we’ll head to Deshengmen Roundabout. The journey to Chongli is scheduled to leave at 8:00 PM, with an estimated arrival around 12:00 AM.
On November 14, meet in the hotel lobby after breakfast to board the bus bound for the Dolomite Ski Resort. Lunch will be on your own, and after returning to the hotel, we’ll head together to a nearby restaurant for dinner—expenses will be split equally (or you’re welcome to opt out).
On November 15, gather in the hotel lobby after breakfast and prepare to board the bus bound for Dolomite Ski Resort. Enjoy a full morning of thrilling skiing, with lunch on your own. We’ll meet again promptly at 3:30 PM, pose for a group photo, and then depart for Beijing—marking the end of our delightful and memorable first ski outing of the season!

Expense Breakdown
For season pass holders: Transportation fee of 150 yuan + 2 nights' accommodation = 330 yuan per person
For those without a season pass: 1.5 days of skiing costs approximately 214 yuan per person, plus 150 yuan for transportation per person, and 2 nights of accommodation at 180 yuan per person per bed—totaling 544 yuan per person (note that the ski pass price is around 214 yuan, but the final cost will be based on the day's rates at the ski resort).
No season pass required—rental fee is 150 yuan per person for 1.5 days, plus approximately 214 yuan per person for 1.5 days of skiing, plus 150 yuan per person for transportation, and 180 yuan per person for 2 nights of accommodation, totaling 694 yuan per person.
Self-driving car expenses: Seasonal pass holders pay 180 yuan per person for two nights of accommodation = 180 yuan per person
Insurance: Accident coverage with a sum insured of 200,000 yuan = 10 yuan per person

All registrants are required to pay a deposit of 200 yuan per person (for room fees).


Hotel address:Accommodation for this event will be at Grandma's Inn and Tianyu Hotel in Chongli County town. (Please note that hotel availability in Chongli may be limited, so we ask for your understanding.)

After completing the payment of the deposit, please join the skiing QQ group: 487482234. If you’ve already joined the group, there’s no need to add yourself again—just make sure to indicate when joining: "Going to the skiing event."

Important Notes：
1. You must bring your ID card (required; otherwise, you won’t be able to check into the hotel).
2. Those without ski equipment should bring warm clothing (hat, gloves).
3. All team members participating in the event must purchase accident insurance.
4. Meeting Point:
①: The train departs promptly at 7:00 PM sharp from Exit A of the Agricultural Exhibition Center Station on Metro Line 10. Please note that we won’t wait if you’re late—your understanding is appreciated.
②: Departure is promptly at 7:30 PM from Exit A1, the northwest entrance of Gulou Dajie Station on Metro Line 2.
③: Do not wait for anyone at the Changping urban area exit of the Badaling Expressway at 8:20 PM.

This year's opening event centers around skiing in the first year of the Winter Olympics, offering everyone a joyful and fun ski-opening experience while helping you connect with fellow ski enthusiasts.
